About us

Lichtmeer Film GmbH was founded as a distribution and licensing company in 2001 in Munich. After moving to Berlin in 2004, it continued as a consulting firm for licensing, marketing and theatrical distribution.

Beginning in 2006, Lichtmeer started to develop its own original film properties. In 2007, production entity Lichtmeer Film GmbH & Co. KG was established and opened its own branch office in Cologne.
